• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

• Returns are not accepted for used, damaged, or customized products unless received in a defective condition.

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

• In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

4. Exchanges

• We offer easy replacements for defective or wrong items.

• Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

• Replacement is subject to product availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items
